Hello
I have a problem with Synaptic. When I tell it to upgrade all packages, it wants me to remove half of my programs, then install KDE for some reason. I can use apt-get upgrade without a problem, but Synaptic insists on removing nearly anything related with gnome and install bunch of unrelated KDE ones.
I have uninstalled and installed it back with no conclusion.
Is my Synaptic hacked by some KDE enthusiasts?
edit: Just to give you more info: The only packages that get upgrade through Synaptic are Wine, Linux Kernel and libpango. Synaptic asks me to remove rest.
Netflix repository is the one I recently added and it modified my wine package. Libpango is the problematic package that gave me a lot of headache (Full story http://forum.pinguyos.com/Thread-13-04-K...te-Failure ) . One of these two are creating problems.
