Hi folks.
Being a bit of a paranoid android i've been thinking lately about getting myself a VPN service, also looking at my options to implement that like routers and tomato-dd-wrt etc. Been looking at some pre-flashed and stock routers for sale also. I like my internet freedoms and a l
Thing is, most of the routers, ones with reasonable cheap price and are compatible with Tomato, are only wireless G routers, form the breif look i've had this morning. I like a bit of online gaming and currently play a lot of xbox360 online. I'm wondering if i got a wireless G router, would it be able to cope with that traffic? because it's only a G and not an N wireless router? Or would i need to fork out some more cash for an N router?
Also i think i've realised i need TomatoUSB for openVPN, rather than the standard Tomato flash. Can anyone confirm or deny this for me?
I am a bit of a n00b at this malarky but nothing like a baptism of fire to learn new things, so please correct anything i've misunderstood.
Thanks folks.
