This will set everything up for you. It will download the needed BIOS's and configure all the systems so all you need to do is drop ROM's into the the rom folders to start playing games. You will not need to configure anything.
Will take about 5 minutes to complete depending on Internet speeds.
Working Systems:

The default ROM folder is at: ~/Games/roms/
The default bios/system folder is at: ~/Games/bios/
Screens Shots go into :~/Pictures/Game Screenshots/
Place your games into the correct system roms folder for them to show up in EmulationStation (Emuparadise is a pretty good place to go looking for ROMs).
