Hi,
I want to install the Personal Build of PinguyOS 14.04.5 on my new HP laptop dual boot with Windows 10 Home Edition.
Specs are at https://support.hp.com/rs-en/document/c05682497, although mine has an extra primary 128GB SSD drive also.
The laptop boot on Live DVD without problems. Checked on text screen and it loads everything without showing errors.
Nevertheless, it gives me a blank screen at the loading end and I never get in the GNOME environment ‒ so I cannot install it![Undecided]( "Undecided")
I did Ctrl+Alt+BackSpace and got back to the DM login screen (which shows without problems) and after logging in it shows the loading screen.
When it starts showing the Gnome environment (the zoom out animation with welcome sound) it suddenly goes blank and stays blank.![Confused]( "Confused")
Ubuntu GNOME 17.04 and Ubuntu GNOME 14.04.03 boot flawlessly.
So this is really a problem of PinguyOS.
