Lack of LiveCD Installation Issue and Appropriae OS

Hi.

The first issue addressed has something to do with this thread:


In this thread, when the issue about a lack of an installation option was brought up, the answer was to install Ubiquity in Live mode.

My question is, if I installed Ubiquity before remastering the disc, would that expedite matters altogether?

And the second question: which GNU/Linux operating system is the Pinguy builder best suited for besides the Pinguy OS itself?
