installer of live iso do not work

Hi friends.
I created and ISO of my linuxmint-18.2-mate-64bit
and put it on a DVD and also on a USB bootable pendrive.

In both ways I can run live desktop
BUT if I try to install from this live ISO clicking on installer icon the install process does not start nor give any sign of life.

Any idea ?

I just want to distribute this ISO to PCs of friends and to a couple of My pcs.
