While I do ABSOLUTELY LOVE Pinguy....its almost Perfect in all ways, a perfect balance.
One thing that I would like to see if a default programs setting gui, where you can assign programs to do certain things.
I noticed this after burning a couple of ISO disc's with Brasero, then without thinking, I popped in a DVD to watch, and Brasero then tries to open it.
Since I use the Hell outta Docky and have alot of tools posted on my desktop, its not hard to grab the correct icon to open the correct program, or do the terminal thing.
