I have similar wireless mouse issues. I have a Logitech mouse with the unidongle and I have to unplug and plug like 15 times for PGOS to recognize it. Also, (related?) My fn hotkeys for the touchpad don't turn it off/on. yes I've tried other usb ports with same result.
