ok, I'm going to try to say this in as few words as possible. Installed 13.10, then installed unity, tried to log out, and the computer would freeze. At this point I was still able to reboot into gnome desktop.
I then installed multi system with multisystem.sh file and now when I reboot it hangs on the splash screen. If I hit control plus alt plus f1 I am able to get to the login screen, but after I log in all I have is a black screen with cursor.
what the feck is the fecking problem here?![Angel Angel]()
![Huh Huh]()
![Undecided Undecided]()
thanks support team!
oh I guess I should add that, because I wasn't able to log out and log in to unity, my preferred DE, I deselected automatic login from the system settings and rebooted. Perhaps this has something to do with it? Two different greeters? Could this be a light dm GDM issue?
