11.04 update/upgrade

OK, I am still running 11.04 and can no longer update, tried different repo's and the fixes posted here..

I am getting errors from repo's and PPA's not being found. I realize that 11.04 is outdated, but I dont know if I'm doing something wrong or the repos no longer exist?..
