xbox360 controller

Please help me get an xbox360 controller working.. I keep reading that it is built-in and should work right away. mine just flashes the light.

I may be wrong and I don't want to complain because I love PinguyOS but i don't think you should have to make a Makefile file to use the most standard of all controllers... even if it is an ubuntu limitation... Pinguy is better than that
