Upgrade from 12 to 14

Hi all,
I want to uograde from pinguyos 12 to 14!
Currently i have both pinguyos and win7 installed.

Which is the correct installation way to uograde to pinguyos 14 without loosing win 7 and the os selection windows after bios?

I dont want to mess up.
