MD5 Checksum

Hi all,

I just downloaded via a torrent client from <http://pinguyos.com/2012/06/pinguyos-12-04-lts-released/> the ISO file of [Pinguy_OS_12.04-shell-x86-64.iso].
Prior writing it to a DVD I wish to perform a MD5 check.
Where can I find the corresponding MD5?
