Hi. i just installed Pinguy and had the broken-packages problem. I went to the Ubuntu Guide linked from this forum in another thread somewhere (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Synapt...20packages) and got "Not all changes and updates succeeded."
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/gnome-shell-common_3.10.4-0ubuntu5.2_all.deb: cannot copy extracted data for './usr/share/gnome-shell/js/ui/panel.js' to '/usr/share/gnome-shell/js/ui/panel.js.dpkg-new': unexpected end of file or stream
But now my Synaptic Manager says 0 broken files (though I have one listed on the Broken-packages filter), 1 packages listed and 1 to install/upgrade.
My computer knowledge is more or less beginner, so I don't know what I should do about this, or even what it means. Uh, it's not online anymore?
