Multi boot suggestions

Hi!
Linux newbie here.
I've build a new PC and I'd like to set it up as a multi boot.
I have 2 hard drives.
Hard drive 1 is a 120gb SSD
Hard drive 2 is a 2tb hard drive.

I'd like to have windows on hard drive 1, and Pinguy OS/Mint Linux on hard drive 2 (each getting 30 gigabytes of space, with the remaining space usable by windows)

Ideally, I'd like to have the opportunity to select which OS to boot from grub.

Is this setup feasible?
I've been looking around random posts for quite a while (3 hours) but....I think I just ended up confusing myself.
