Avoid updates when running ubiquity instalation

I'm an old user of Remastersys and now I'm using PinguyBuilder and I would like to thank you for the excelent job with this tool. But I have one doubt.

When I'm running the Ubiquity install process, everything goes fine but in part of
instalation process, The Installer try to "download files" (E.g downloading file 18 of 23 | download file 110 of 117) and installer is stuck in this phase until I click in the "skip" button. Looks like Ubiquity is doing downlod of some packages over the internet during his process of install. If I disable my internet conection, this problem do not occurs.

There is some configuration that can I perform in Ubiquity or in PinguyBuilder, to disable this "automatic-update" option when installing the OS?

I found in "/etc/PinguyBuilder/presses" the file "custom.seed"

I tried to edit custom.seed and I changed option:
#Enable extras.ubuntu.com
d-i apt-setup/extras bolean true
to
#Enable extras.ubuntu.com
d-i apt-setup/extras bolean false

But with no sucess. Do you guys have some solution for my issue?

P.s The options "download updates when install OS" and "Install third- party software for graphics and Wi-fi hardware, Flash, Mp3 and other media" is unchecked.
