[Gno-menu] of Tweak Tool - Error loading extension.

This is the second or third time (not in a row) that the Gno-menu extension of Tweak Tool did not load properly after a reboot.



As you can see, the switch to enabled/disable the extension is not accessible, and the <!> comment states: "Error loading extension".

I'm not quite sure what could be wrong here or how to resolve it. Any ideas?

I've rebooted again with no luck a consecutive time. Would sincerely appreciate any input.

Quick update.

I was able to successfully [ Remove ] the extension, however attempting to install (re-install) the extension via Gnome Extensions, resulted unsuccessfully. I'm currently attempting to discover how to install these manually.
