how to enable autologin in newer ubuntu based distros

I'm using ubuntu 16.04 and PinguyBuilder to create a distributable ISO

There isnt a direct method via ISO Builder to enable auto login for the live user (using lightdm).

Has anybody any tips on how to-do this so that when booting the live ISO it auto-logins?
