Hello

I think I tried everything regarding lightdm ...
I checked with "localectl status", everything seems to be correct during installation.

I have checked and tried changes in every configuration files, I also removed and reinstalled lightdm but my pb remains the same : my layout keyboard is not correct when I want to log in after installation of my PinguyBuilder iso. (in my case keyboard should be in Fr)

(Xubuntu 18.04 fork iso created with pinguybuilder-menu-based_5.2-1_all.deb)

Hi Guys,

I have a problem. Today I installed Linux Pinguy. A really good operating system I think! Somehow I must have done something wrong. The software center, where you can see the installed programs or install new programs, has disappeared. I cannot find the software center in the settings ...
Can someone help me?
Since I come from Germany and my English is not very good, I translated this here with a translation program, so excuse the strange language ....
Please explain clearly, since I am not yet very familiar with Linux Pinguy ... THANKS!

Hi,

I succeed in creating a customised iso file, works well on recent computer, but I had this message at the end of the compiling process : "Not all BIOS can boot from this iso file created".

Indeed, this iso doesn't boot on old computers, and I don't have any options to modify in my BIOS. (no EFI options on Asus N90s)

Can someone be of help to avoid this message after remastering with PinguyBuilder and make my iso bootable with oldies computers please ?

Hello. I have been trying to make a custom dist iso using Kubuntu 19.04. Everything goes good until it tries to make the iso. It makes a 34KB iso file. It also gives apt some issues after I installed the latest version from github, because it requires an older version of a dependancy (i think it was some sort of vte python dep). Is there anything I can do to create a properly sized ISO of my 19.04 distro?
