Gno-Menu button keeps disappering in 13.10

I just installed OS 13.10 64 bit. The only bug I found is that after I restart the menu button is gone. If i go to https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/608/gnomenu/. It shows its off and then I have to turn on. The menu will stay put if I log out but if I restart it disapears and I have to go back to firefox and renable the extension. Any suggestion on getting Gno-Menu to load at startup?
